High Voltage Process Selection Guide
DALSA Semiconductor offers CMOS/DMOS/Bipolar multi-high voltage processes with BVdss upto 650V. A standard 5V CMOS section is present in each process to allow designers to implement interfaces to standard logic.
MEMS integration with HV CMOS and CMOS
Many MEMs applications require high voltage actuation with low voltage control circuitry. DALSA Semiconductor can provide this capability as a standalone ASIC, a MEMs + ASIC assembly using wafer-level packaging, or as a fully integrated process combining both on the same wafer

C08G and C08E Multi-Project Wafer Service
DALSA Semiconductor, in conjunction with CMC Microsystems,
operates a 0.8µm "shuttle run," providing regularly scheduled fabrication of multi-project wafers.
With this service, designers can "share" wafer runs,
conducting low-volume experiments with different designs on a portion of a wafer without
the cost of a full wafer run. Visit the Shuttle Run page for details.
Design Support
DALSA Semiconductor provides support to the design community through the supply of design kits for UNIX and PC environments. Individual high voltage DMOS and PMOS components are supplied as gds files with sub-circuit models to enable true performance to be incorporated into the design phase.
