DALSA Semiconductor is located in Bromont, Québec, about
one hour drive east of Montreal. Bromont is a town with a backdrop of
lakes, mountains and rivers. Surrounded by nature, Bromont offers exceptional quality of life, and we
feel it is an excellent place to raise a family and enjoy the proximity to many
sport facilities.
Bromont is located off Highway 10 between the two large cities of Montréal and Sherbrooke. These cities offer access to some of the leading high-technology universities in the province of Québec.
DALSA Semiconductor is located in Bromont’s technology industrial park. DALSA is semiconductor manufacturing facility that focuses on specialty processes including analog mixed signal CMOS, MEMS and integrated MEMS, high voltage CMOS and CCD image sensors. Our customers address a diverse variety of end markets such as automotive, medical and scientific industries. DALSA Semiconductor manufactured the CCD image sensors for the NASA mission to MARS for the rovers Spirit and Opportunity.
